What is a Memory Board?
Memory Boards are a private space for you to put all those special Memories, Thoughts, Messages, Family History, Recipes and anything else you feel is important to pass on to those special to you after you are gone.
They are a great space for family and loved ones to visit during difficult times. All the memories and thoughts that you as the curator will add the the board can help them to process their loss or just to feel close to you again.
How Does it Work?
Similar in style to a social media page the owner posts to the page anything they wish and can categorize there post under specific headings like Memories, Thoughts and Messages. A post consists of the date it was posted, an image (optional) and text.
Memory Boards is a family run business that has you the customer at it core, our initial joining fee protects you account, ensures that is is only ever focused on you and not advertising and allows that when the time comes we can ensure that the people you want to share your memory board with are contacted.
How Does My Memory Board Become Active?
As part of your memory board page you can select two types of contact. A key contact is the person that you give authorisation to tell us when the time comes to make your page available to you contacts.
Contacts are the people that we will email when the page becomes active, so that they can view your memory board via a secure login and password.
How long Will My Memory Board be available?
The initial joining fee covers your Memory Board up to the time of activation plus 1 year after. A year following activation any user can either subscribe to keep the page active or can use our services to produce a copy of the information stored on our Memory Boards platform.
Subscription to keep a page active is charged at £3.99 a month or £45 per year until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time.
Alternatives to subscriptions are available upon request.
How Save Is The Information Stored On My Memory Board?
We take the safety of your information very seriously. All information is backed up periodically to ensure that should anything go wrong your memory board will be back up and running without delay.
Can I Personalise My Memory Board Style?
Yes, we strive to offer lots of customisation on the platform including different font styles, colours and backgrounds.

Can I Cancel My Memory Boards Page?
Yes. Your Memory Board page can be removed at any time. Please use the contact us page to inform us that you wish to have your page removed. Due to the nature of the platform no refunds can be given should you wish to close your page outside of the 30 cancellation period.
Refunds
A full Refund will only be given up to 30 days after subscription. Your page will be deleted should you wish to cancel and receive a refund. After 30 days, refunds will not be given and it is the option of the customer should they want to have their page deleted.
